Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Please inspect your order when it arrives, and let us know right away if something isn’t right — whether it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. We want to fix the issue quickly and fairly.
To ensure items aren’t damaged further during return shipping, we ask that you package them securely. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured by the customer, as we cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs during return transit.
To begin the return process, just reach out to us at customerservice@vqplug.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll give you clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
No Restocking Fees!

Submit a Return Request through our Contact page, and include your name, order ID, and the item/items you want to return.

Once we have accepted your request, we’ll reach out with instruction on where to return your item. Buyer must pay for return shipping, but no restocking fees!

Include your name, address, daytime phone number, and a brief reason for the return inside the package! Once we have received your item and it has been inspected, your refund will be released to you.
- Done! Once we receive your returned item, we’ll begin processing your refund. It may take between 3-5 business days for your refund to reappear in your original payment method
How do I know if a product is returnable?
On the bottom of the product page, if it does Not say this: "This is a Special Order Item" Then the product is returnable, unless it is in one of these categories of items:
To maintain quality for all of our customers, we do not accept returns on:

Used, installed, or modified, or unpackaged parts

Special order items

Discontinued items

Engines, Body kits, Carbon Fiber Fenders, Hoods, trunks, and bumpers, and wheels

Painted exterior parts or touch up paint products
All products marked with a red: "This is a Special Order Item" badge on the product page are examples of special order items and are Non-Returnable and Non-Cancellable
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and must be unopened and undamaged. Return shipping costs are not covered in these cases.
